Pessimo. Parece q está abandonado! Tudo velho, box enferrujado, cama ruim, cabeceira parece uma lapide, com uns azulejos velhos, cinzas… tem uma cozinha no quarto, totalmente fantasma. Não tem nem copos! Nenhum talher. Nem uma toalha pra secar as mãos. Falando em toalhas… pensa nas toalhas de banho ruins! Finas, e arranham a gente de tão duras. Os lençóis finos, gastos. Com dois buracos! Cobertor tinha uma mantinha q deve ser de solteiro. Tem q dormir grudado pra caber duas pessoas. Como fui com uma amiga, tivemos q separar: lençol pra uma, cobertor pra outra. Restaurante pessimo. Chegamos à noite, informaram q a cozinha funcionava até as 21h30. Fomos as 21h20, pq chegamos tarde, e não queriam fazer! Inclusive uma delas, q deve ser a cozinheira, estava sentada na mesa do salão, com celular claro, e respondeu em alto e bom som pra atendente qd fizemos o pedido: “EU NÃO VOU FAZER. A cozinha deve fechar às 21h20.” No papel q nós deram, dizia q fechava 21h40. Deve ter feito nossa comida com ódio… No dia seguinte fomos almoçar, e lá estava ela, olhando para nós fuzilando com o olhar. Bravíssima. Ficamos até com medo de comer a comida q ela fez pra gente. Com certeza não foi feito com carinho, já q ela fez questão de nos encarar, mostrando isso. Piscina faltam azulejos. Fotos prejudicadas por causa disso. As tem nos quartos,sujas! Ainda bem q pegamos sem, pq imagina pagar por aquilo! Portaria já fez a gente trabalhar na chegada. Tivemos q tirar o cone pro Uber entrar. Eles olhando.

Pra quem gosta de uma hospedagem voltado para natureza é perfeito. Muita natureza em todo hotel. Os quartos precisam de uma manutenção geral, pintura, toalhas etc. Mais nada que comprometa a hospedagem.

olá a estadia foi tranquila apesar de alguns hospedes não respeitarem algumas determinação ex: som no ambiente principalmente alto e tarde na noite os seguraças tem que ser mais rigido nesse sentido se não vira bagunça outra coisa foi a identificação que não tem na chegada do hotel fiquei perdido perguntando ao povo o pior era que quase ninguem sabia informar mas depois de muito tempo encontrei o cafe da manhã deveria ser melhor para a qualidade do hotel nos demais está tranquilo custo beneficio muito bom.

A estadia foi tranquila, os atendentes foram muito prestativos, café da manhã foi bom a única coisa que tenho que mencionar e que os sucos eram bem aguados, fora isso gostei, os tão falado gatos... Não me incomodaram! O local é maravilhoso mas falta manutenção.

Há pouca variedade no café da manhã

O hotel possui excelentes instalações. A pegada da natureza nos deixou encantados. O único aspecto negativo é a pouca variedade no café da manhã e a demora na reposição dos itens que tinham sido consumidos. Isso aconteceu em dois dos três dias em que tomamos o café da manhã. De resto, só elogios.

Lugar deplorável. Não se hospedem nesse hotel

Reservei um quarto de "luxo" para meus pais passarem um final de semana. No anúncio, o quarto dizia que tinha uma piscina privativa e outras comodidades. Quando meus pais chegaram no quarto relataram uma série de problemas: paredes com mofo; piscina suja (até solicitaram a limpeza da piscina, mas não foram atendidos); portas sujas; segurança parca (para não dizer "porca", uma vez que o hotel coloca um pedaço de ferro pra fechar as portas, mas a brecha que fica entre uma porta e outra permite que qualquer um utilize um instrumento pra remover essa tranca fajuta); televisão quebrada. Solicitaram a troca do quarto e foram alocados em outro. O quarto "novo" tinha outros problemas: outra televisão quebrada, pois um cliente anterior havia danificado (pediram a instalação de uma TV nova e o pedido só foi atendido um dia depois e colocaram um monitor de computador menor e sem as funcionalidades que uma TV tem); uma piscina privativa tão suja quanto a do quarto anterior; e pra completar, o ar-condicionado vazou sobre a cama, molhando colchão, trevesseiro e lençol. Diante de tamanho descaso, meus pais resolveram voltar pra casa um dia antes do fim da reserva. Isso sem contar o tempo de espera do restaurante que eles têm (1h para receber o pedido) e a qualidade do atendimento em todas as instalações do hotel (se é que pode ser chamado de "hotel"). A administração é conivente com todos esses problemas e não se dá ao trabalho de resolvê-los com prestatividade.

O lugar e Incrível. Café da manhã e bem básico. E vamos citar alguns pontos pro pessoal que tem interesse já saber Lugar e infestado de gatos e são tão de casa já,que vc tenta toca os bixanos e eles continuam aonde vc está...Pedimos comida e estava muito boa(parabéns a equipe do Restaurante).Mas se vc da uma vacilada vem um gatinho e pula na sua mesa e pega uma carne ou frango seu....Minha esposa e minha filha tem RENITE então fiquei preocupado pra não começar a viagem com elas tristes e me chateando Preço compensa pela vista Incrível,mas não volto pq os gatos são realmente donos do Lugar.A luz do banheiro não acendia pedi com muita jeito pra eles arrumem ou nos trocar de lugar se fosse o caso,e nada foi feito.
