I loved staying at the Bella Vista. Loved the decor, the size and cleanliness of the rooms, and most of all the staff. I made a mistake by booking a day off the date I actually needed and the lady at the front desk was so accommodating and understanding. Luckily she was able to find me a room. Other staff I encountered were very friendly-smiling, greeting me, and wishing me a safe trip home. Comfortable beds, everything was clean, and Christmas decor in the lobby and outside the hotel was beautifully and tastefully done. I did not choose to have the breakfast but will have to try it sometime based on the rest of my experience.

Only word I can think of to describe my experience is “façade”. The outside of the hotel looks great. The pictures of the lobby looks excellent. The actual rooms, however very disappointing. Low quality everything. The furniture was completely mismatched, the bad pillows made a crunchy plastic noise. It looked like everything was from a yard sale a random things they picked up on the side of the road. The breakfast room was another mismatch of furniture, oddly placed tables over a fountain from decades, gone by. Scrapes and scratches were all over the walls of the hotel. Definitely took their pictures a couple years ago.

The breakfast was not that great. The eggs had alot of water. Not much variety. And we had to park out back until the dance was over. But the staff was great, lobby was clean etc. Room was fine for what we needed.

The room had snacks still from the previous guest. Some bugs were present in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but some items were not restocked. Parking was not plentiful enough. Smoking was allowed right outside the front door. You had to walk right through it to get in the entrance. Nice budget hotel. Safe. No frills.

It was so elegant for a economic hotel option. The desk staff told me that it was family owned and one of one. There are no others very well kept. Although I did have to come out to the desk during breakfast because there was no milk for the cereal. The kitchen staff member was actually out at the front desk talking to the desk clerk and immediately apologized saying," my bad! That's on me sir. I'll go get the milk right away!" He apologized at least four times and I told him once was enough!

Cute hotel that is older but remodeled. Service was very good, beds were comfortable. There were some odd scents throughout, possibly because of the age of the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Our check in experience was great, everything else not so great. The AC was extremely loud and rattled all night, the room was okay at first glance but the craftsmanship of the remodel was really poorly done and made the room look dirty. The parking is minimal so don’t plan on a late night or your parking on the street.

Staff is awesome, the actual pictures match what you see in pictures. Staff remember who you are which means they care. Breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! plan to do something else. But we plan to stay again
