Very Lovely place so peaceful and in such a beautiful location, the host was spot on met us on arrival gave us a quick tour and the keys and then left us too it but she was there if you needed her. The flat was great spacious and very clean and tidy all the equipment worked, the local area is lovely Ludinghausen was brilliant and there is lots to do if you are visiting as a family. The only reason I gave the accuracy of the property listing 4 stars is because the directions on the app don't take you to the address they take you too a cross road about 5 minutes away you need to type the address into Google maps to find it. But all in all we had a lovely time and I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, total idyllische Lage, sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und Constanze war super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.Für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kids haben viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben.

Habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Die Wohnung war einfach nur toll, sehr großzügig, sauber und unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet.Es fehlten keine Küchengeräte, im Gegenteil, es war mehr als genug vorhanden.Im Wohnzimmer konnte ich es mir gemütlich machen und nach Bedarf fernsehen.Mein Hund wurde freundlich aufgenommen und auch darauf geachtet, daß Begegnungen mit dem Haushund vermieden wurden (hatte mehr mit meinem nicht so gut sozialisierten Hund zu tun).Ich habe mich mit den sehr netten Besitzern häufig unterhalten.Mich hat auch beeindruckt, daß Pferde aus dem Tierschutz aufgenommen wurden.Die Pferdehaltung fand ich insgesamt sehr gut, im Sommer stehen den Pferden große Koppeln zur Verfügung.Insgesamt kann ich nur eine sehr positive Beurteilung abgeben und werde sicherlich irgendwann wiederkommen.Vielen Dank an die Familie Beermann für alles!!Gisela mit Bahar

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Blick aus dem Fenster in die Natur, auf die Pferde und Ziegen war an sich schon entspannend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super gelungener Aufenthalt! Gerne wieder :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Conny war wirklich sehr schön. Wir waren zwar sehr viel unterwegs, aber in der Wohnung hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Top ausgestattet, selbst das Badezimmer verfügte über Waschgel etc! Der Reiterhof und der Spielplatz (der zugegeben etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber die Kinder nicht wirklich störte) Kleines Manko: Zigaretten Geruch in einem Schlafzimmer. Wir haben das Fenster einfach offen stehen lassen, dann ging es. gestört hat) waren ideal!

Ländlicher Kurzurlaub

Es war zwar leider kurz, aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, von der Gastgeberin. Die Kids konnten sich frei bewegen. Der Herr des Hofes opferte sich auf, um die Kettcars wieder in Stand zu setzen. Vielen Lieben Dank dafür nochmal! Ansonsten konnte man nix bemängeln. Es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wer es wirklich sehr ländlich liebt, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Tierfreunde erst Recht.

Kurzer Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie in der Wohnung, zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder. Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnunge in der wir mehr als genug Platz hatten. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man so braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir, eine Auswahl an Büchern und Spielen! Es gibt Flyer aus der Region, auch von Restaurants! Im Bad fanden wir kleine Tuben Zahnpasta und Duschgel, in der Küche zwei Flaschen Wasser. Diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nette Vermieterin! Tolle Lage! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - alles, was das Herz begehrt

Meine beiden Kinder und ich waren über Pfingsten 3 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung, da wir in der Nähe Freunde besucht haben. Wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, sodass wir uns wunderbar selbst verpflegen konnten bzw. unsere Verpflegung für unsere Ausflüge vorbereiten und mitnehmen konnten. Die Umgebung ist wahnsinnig schön. Es war angenehm ruhig und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Hof, der rund um die Uhr frische Eier, Marmelade und diverse andere Kleinigkeiten verkauft. (Kühlschrank im Hof) Dort haben wir Eier gekauft und Marmelade morgens in der Ferienwohnung dann zum Frühstück gegessen. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden diese bei unserem nächsten Besuch sicherlich wieder buchen.

Urlaub auf dem Reiterhof

Schöne große geräumige Wohnung in herrlich ruhiger Lage mit Blick ins grüne. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Was negativ war: nur 1 Küchentuch + Handtuch für 5 Tage, kein Zugang zu Kehrblech, Staubsauger etc., damit man mal in der Küche Krümel etc. weg machen konnte. Oberflächig sauber, aber Schränke und Schubladen waren nicht sehr sauber. Da es im Ganzen aber ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war, kann ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit auch mal wieder.
