These exclusive holiday apartments are nestled in the beautiful dune landscape on the Priwall in Travemünde, directly on the Baltic Sea. Here at the BeachBay, the beach house-style dune villas are in a quiet location. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade.



This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a spacious, covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the landscaped dunes. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



There are two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A private wellness oasis with underfloor heating, steam bath and rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. End a stormy day by the sea here. The bioethanol fireplace, whose light provides the living room with a cosy atmosphere, is also suitable for this.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub..

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in einer Novasol Wohnung auf Priwall Waterkant. Die Einrichtung ist toll und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit ließ ein wenig zu Wünschen übrig als wir die Wohnung bezogen haben. Gerade jetzt zu dieser besonderen Zeit erwartet man dann doch was anderes. So sind wir es von Novasol auch nicht gewohnt, aber nun gut... Man kann ja auch selber etwas tun. Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Kurzurlaub. Travemünde/ Priwall ist einfach toll. Man entdeckt immer wieder Neues. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Anlage, tolle Umgebung

Einfach alles super! Die Wohnung hell, sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir aus Zeitgründen die Sauna nicht mehr testen. Die Betreuung ist von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut! Wir kommen wieder!!

Der Check-in, nach einer Stunde (!) Wartezeit, lief dann gut. Die Lage / Ausstattung des Hauses war wie beschrieben gut. Bis auf eine Ausnahme war die Sauberkeit gut. Der Hafenbereich war sauber, fast schon steril. Für das durchwachsene Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts kann man allerdings nur "Petrus verantwortlich machen". Alles in allem ein guter Urlaub.

Moderne, schöne u. hochpreisige Ferienhaus- Anlage im Entstehen

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber. Wir fanden die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich. Und haben uns mit einem Baby, einem Kleinkind und drei Erwachsenen in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider ist die Anlage zum Teil noch nicht fertiggestellt und die Bewohner fast aller Ferienwohnungen leben immer noch auf einer Großbaustelle. Gemäßigter Baulärm, Baufahrzeuge aller Art, Absperrungen innerhalb des Geländes waren immer vorhanden. Im Angebot jedoch zumindest angedeutet, wenn uns auch das Ausmaß vor dem Urlaub nicht ganz klar war. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption war überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend, die Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung wirkten in ihrer Mehrzahl unfreundlich, gestresst und unmotiviert. Vielleicht „Anfangsfehler“ und somit entschuldbar, aber dort muss deutlich und zügig nachgebessert und geschult werden. Ausgewiesene oder angegebene Öffnungszeiten des Büros wurden nicht eingehalten. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt auf diesem Areal und in diesen Wohnungen kann zukünftig sehr angenehm sein, wenn alles vollkommen fertiggestellt ist - wahrscheinlich Ende 2020 und Mängel und Fehler bei der Verwaltung behoben werden.
