Tv and internet not working, spent 35 minutes calling the front desk and no answer, went to front desk to report issues and the girl at the desk had ear buds in and did not notice me for several minute, was looking down at her phone, reported issues and was directed to go back to my room and unplug and plug the tv back in and everything would work, I did not work. Went back down to report it and when we were walking away the desk individual stated that there is nothing else available so they will have to call someone. When we returned to facility, 2 hours later, we were told that it was fixed, nope! We went to bed and decided that this was not a facility that we would return to for further visits to Texas Tech University.

I had the little king suite with the wet bar. It was a very comfortable and quiet room. There was a lot of space. The bed was big and comfy and the tv was really nice with lots of options for streaming or live tv. My only complaint is when I was showering, the shower door kept on sliding open.

The hotel was very nice. Our Kleenex box was empty and we only had one hand towel but the room was nice. Our check in was the worst. It was late, we were tired and the woman in front of us wanted to cancel her corporate reservation and rebook. They discussed all the different ways she could book and then she signed up for something needing her email which they kept getting wrong. We waited for 20 minutes. All the desk person had to do was give us a key but she made us wait. The clerk never apologized for keeping us waiting or even acknowledged that she kept us waiting. She did apologize to the woman changing her reservation for taking so long!
