This is a spacious home with a great layout. But the level of neglect and cheapness at this place astonished us. We've rented 15 homes at this price and never seen anything like this:- 2 dining room chairs are broken. One has no back, and another comes apart if you lean forward. A prior reviewer noted their poor condition.-A bedroom doorknob fell off.-Carpet in the stairs/hallway is absolutely filthy. It does not look like it's been steam-cleaned in years.-At least 7 light bulbs are burned out or missing, including the overhead kitchen light. We had to use a flashlight at night.-The clothes dryer was broken, which a prior review also noted. We were offered reimbursement for drying at a local laundromat and, eventually, a 10% discount on our booking.-Dishwasher works, but the knob is broken. It took several tries to find a random position that would make it function.-The "coffee is provided' means a quarter can of Folgers Instant coffee. -The pool table has fewer than 6 balls and is falling apart. The dartboard has one dart. Useless.-Do not expect to drink from an actual glass, because there are only plastic camping-type cups. One plastic cup is cracked and leaks, one had white paint dribbled on it, and another looked like a prior guest's fast-food cup.-It's not clean: stairs were not vacuumed well, upstairs bath smelled of urine, and the kitchen wall & toaster had food stains.-Bathroom doors don't lock & one is almost impossible to keep shut.I'm out of space.
