I’ve stayed here other times , and i keep booking again bcs of the location . But there are always issues . This time my first room had a broken hvac wall unit . My replacement room had an Extremely loud wall unit directly above the bed . The units are adorable and the staff is nice . But whoever did not just put in whole building hvac was wrong.

The room and area was very nice BUT Getting the directions on how to enter the room wasnt clear and i ended up going into a different room walking in on another guest at like 3 am while on the phone with a custiner service rep. I would have lost my mind if someone walked in on my family. That part was ridiculous but concerning the actual area and property it was very nice.

Great stay in NuLu

Suites were wonderful. Very simple to check-in/out and everything was what it was advertise. Room has a very comfortable bed and pillows, has independent AC (great for end of summer in Louisville), kitchenette has fridge, mw, and a few other things that make it usable, bathroom is good (but can use more water pressure in sink). Centrally located in NuLU, near to everything fun

Our sons 21st birthday getaway

Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again.
