We arrived after 4 with a code to enter. However, the door was wide open. I shouted, " Hello!" a couple times before a sleepy eyed man emerge. I told him I had a reservation and asked why he was there. He said, "No English.". He called someone who showed up. He didn't speak much English either. The second guy called his boss who had rented the apartment downstairs for his workers. The boss called the local manager. We waited over two hours for the local manager to get the people moved out of the upper apartment. Then we were told to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. The men who were "squatting" in the upper apartment moved into the lower apartment. The management told us we could get a refund or wait for the upper to be cleaned. I didn't feel safe in the place knowing the men I had to have evicted were now living in the lower apartment beneath me. We had rented this place to escape a hurricane in Florida and the manager basically left us homeless and would offer us any kind of compensation for this horrific experience. Do yourself a favor and don't rent this place
