We arrived at about 12:30am and our keys to our room didn’t work because the batteries to the lock were dead. The Hilton App did not work to open the doors until our final day at the property. We were moved to another room but the staff was very kind and helpful with this. We stayed for three nights and the room was not serviced at all during our stay. The king sized bed was far too firm, my wife and I both slept poorly due to hip pain. We are in our early forties so this shouldn’t be an issue for us. Overall the property was clean and looked good but the beds, door locks, and cleaning schedule for the rooms needs to be addressed.

Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and handled themselves very professionally. This part of Louisville seemed safe, with police presence. I felt very comfortable walking to and from my conference at the KICC. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The property was okay just had problems with the parking the first lot beside the property. I paid for 24hr and couldn’t use it because it was too many cars with the same access. So I use the parking garage. It’s under construction so I had some trouble finding a parking spot. Also, when I try to leave the parking garage the machine you use to pay to get out was not working. Had to call an attendant.

Plenty of parking close and restaurants walkable. The pool was broken but there were plenty of other things to enjoy. There's a nice outdoor area with yard games and a pool table.

Nice but no ESPN

Stay was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was convenient. Only complaint is that there were a few popular cable channels that were blocked out like ESPN… the staff said they don’t know why it doesn’t work in the rooms. Would be nice if staff called their cable provider and got the issue fixed.
