They are constantly selling you at the property. The food onsite is very expensive. Avoid building 1 - so much construction we couldn’t sit on our patio and part of our view was obstructed.

Hotel itself very beautiful. Throughout the hotel, you can smell such amazing aroma and a beautiful melody playing . But unfortunately, I felt discriminated in a certain way sitting outside on the balcony around 11 o’clock with three friends chitchatting having a good time remembering good old times next thing I know phone is ringing someone is knocking at the door telling us there were too loud that a guest had complain about the noise. Now, please keep in mind. I am there on vacation celebrating my 50 out on the balcony no music just three friends talking no signed whatsoever. Says that we couldn’t make noise outside on the balcony. We were told that at 9 o’clock we shouldn’t be out there. I did not see any signs that said that now also keep in mind. I also paid a fair price to be there. I did not complain when people woke up early and flushed the toilet and you could hear it. I did not complain when you can hear the doors opening and closing early in the morning. Everything was very beautiful but overall it seemed very boring and then you couldn’t really be comfortable. You couldn’t laugh you couldn’t talk. It just seemed like the other, Gas had more rights than me was it because they were American and I wasn’t truly unfortunately such a beautiful hotel would not consider staying there or recommending especially if you have children.

Lower prices in restaurant and drinks Everyone goes out of the hotel to eat because of prices.also needs a coffee machine for people in the mornings to get coffee.

We have stayed at the Cabo Azul a few times and our recent trip in December 2025 did not disappoint. The rooms are very spacious! The kitchens are fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to make a meal. Lots of towel towels and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and poolside service very attentive. We look forward to our next day at this great resort!

Great resort. Highly recommend. Only complaint is the food on the resort is very pricey

This hotel offers high-end amenities and exceptional service. However, I’m giving it four stars because the prices for food and drinks are outrageously high. A bottle of water at the restaurant cost $20, and a Starbucks coffee was $16. That’s simply ridiculous.
