Chic Venice beach bungalow in a quiet residential area --The Silver Triangle--just steps from the canals and a 5 minute walk to Venice beach and the world famous hip Abbott Kinney Blvd. 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Modern white kitchen with lots of cook space, and dining table for five. Roomy living room with two couches & tasteful mid-century modern vibe. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, fully equipped kitchen with 3 ovens. Quiet oasis of a backyard acts as another living room, with dining area for six, large couch and more seating, gas BBQ and stunning gas fire pit. Make this your home. I do live in my home when not rented, so you will find some personal affects around, but I reserve drawers and create hanging spaces for guests. Beach chairs and umbrellas, gas grill, boogie boards are all for guest usel. Home sharing number is HSR19-001901.

Good central location in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay overall at this property. The home is centrally located for exploring Los Angeles. Pro’s - John the host was great, very responsive. The home was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Con’s- the master bedroom bed is hard to sleep on because of a large dip in the mattress. The hot water was an adventure the first day so plan to be patient with this old homes pipes and plumbing.

Just What We Needed

We were in town for our son's wedding and John's place was a very comfortable home base for us. John was very communicative and attentive. The owner appears to live here at times when it is not rented, so you will be sharing some of the storage space (closets and drawers) with his things. Overall, it was still a great place to stay for our trip. We found things to be just as the listing said they would be. We would definitely stay again if future travel brings us back to Venice.

My three adult children and I found the house to be extremely well equipped, user-friendly and most importantly, very comfortable. Great house in a fantastic location

Our family of four, including two teenage boys spent a five days in this great house. The location in Venice, about 7-8mins from the beach, is brilliant The rooms (main bedroom) with separate roons for the boys was just what we needed, with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We also made good use of the enclosed and shady yard area (with an outdoor TV!) at the end of the day to unwind with a beer/wine. I'd happily recommend the house to anyone wanting to be close to the beach/canals/Marina del Ray (easy walks) but in a quiet area.
