Everything was amazing about this hotel. The cleanliness, size, convenience and friendly/accommodating staff, not to mention the shuttle service to the airport. Although my stay was very short (only 12 hours) it was well worth it. Highly recommend!!

The Westin was more spacious than I thought it would be with large hallways and bedrooms. I imagine it is mostly used for conferences. Considering the size, I was surprised by the size of the pool and gym. If the hotel were booked, they would be quite busy. I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open and walkable dining options were limited. I ended up ordering from a food delivery service. However, it is a convenient distance from the airport and the shuttle drivers were excellent. I noticed a few stains on the hallway carpets, but nothing in my room.

The restaurant was closed, and the lobby lounge area was playing terrible music too loud. The room smelled like smoke. And they tried to charge me $178 self-parking for one night and when I disputed this with the parking supervisor, he was very rude. So much for hospitality and customer service!
