Shower didn’t drain fast enough. So you are ankle deep in water pretty quickly. The door key pads also don’t work quite right. Some touches don’t register and even when they make a tone that they do, for some reason they don’t. The whole kiosk check in process doesn’t run smoothly either. Other than that they’ve done enough to make it look pretty enough for a picture.

For the price, I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean (inside and out), check in at the kiosk was easy and location was great. Only downside was no microwave in room.

The room was clean but very small and spartan. The bed also feels like a futon and I had to get my back adjusted later in the week because it was so painful. The virtual check-in is also more than a little weird and the keypad lock locked me out twice. There’s much more comfort for a similar price nearby. Expedia/hoteks.com should put a warning on the hotel posting. I also think most of the positive reviews are likely fake.

My last stay was disappointing. Around 2 am, police arrived due to a couple's fight, resulting in an hour of screams and yelling. I had nightmares all night. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, with visible orange mold. I previously enjoyed stays at this hotel, but my recent experience was very upsetting.

The service was great. Despite the lobby being staffed by a virtual kiosk with rotating admin professionals, they were very attentive to my needs. However, there were routine disruptions on a nightly basis. I had to report several incidents to local law enforcement. I definitely got what I paid for. Despite my unpleasant interactions with the area, my neighbors at the hotel, and pretty creepy passersby, the room was tidy and room service is speed upon request.

Buen área, apoyo instante, la única razón que no es 5 estrellas es porque la cama hacía mucho ruido y el servicio de limpieza nunca me brindaron cuando les pregunté por el. Great location, we received support right away when it was urgent, would stay here again but the only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star was because the bed was extremely loud (I drink a lot of water before sleeping )😂 & when I requested cleaning service as stated, we didn’t receive it unfortunately.

The room smelled like a urinal, and the door keypad malfunctioned our entire stay. Every time we left the room, we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to get back in. There was no one onsite to handle issues such as these. We had to go though a virtual kiosk that connected us to an offsite employee. Despite our request for help, no one from the property tried to resolve our issues over the course of our 3-day stay.
