Not in the best of areas but they provided great customer service, the hotel is a bit outdated but the room was clean and bed and pillows comfortable. And the air condition was great!!

Not recommended at all. Barely nothing in the breakfast. No microwave in the room, no drinking water or kettle in the room, even no tissue, only toilet paper. And the blanket makes me so itchy and I took shower 4 times!

It wasn’t a bad experience like I expected from other reviews but I do agree that the property could use a deep clean and updated amenities. The ice machine was broken and there was only one in the whole building. I found the room to be decent and the bed was comfortable

If you need to park be warned the parking lot may be suitable for motorcycles and scooters but any vehcile with 4 wheels is not able to maneuver the lot when full. Bath tub had a hole in it. Walls are super thin. And at least on Friday and Saturday night the nights we stayed there was loud thumping music from 11pm to 2 am from i assume the 1st floor bar. I would definitely pass on staying here again. much better options in the area at the same price

A little run down elevator was a bit scary my boys used the stairs most of the time. Was close to Hollywood Blvd right where we wanted to be. Homeless were all around but we never felt insafe

Not the great

The location is good, close to a bus stop and the metro. However, I had an allergic reaction after the first night of staying. There is a cigarette hole in the bedsheet, and it was very noisy (probably due to other guests downstairs, but no one stopped it). A motorcycle was in the middle of the hallway. The door of the washroom is broken and poorly renovated. The breakfast consists of just bread, pastries, coffee, and juice.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The smell in the room was nauseating and it was filthy. Had we not been utterly exhausted from travel we would not have stayed the first night. We refused to stay the second it was utterly disgusting.
