The place was not clean…the bath towels were run down and beat up old towels and the floor was sticky and dirty. I called the property contact after the first day to get it addressed and they were quick to respond in the App but never came or took any action on the request. Made a second and third request as well and all were ignored. We also had issues with the key FOBs not working after the first night so we couldn’t get easy access to the bottom level parking nor get the elevator to work. Again called and expressed concern with Thai as it created a very awkward set of interactions with our party and my young kids with actual residents who didn’t understand who we were and were suspicious of giving us entry that the FOBs wouldn’t give us. Third major issue was with the cable and WiFi. Every morning the cable and WiFi worked but each of the three nights the router stopped working and could not be reset to work. ALL of these items were raised to the property team via phone and on the App numerous times and they were all literally ignored. The place is ina great location but the check in process was really confusing and the post check in support was non existent. I would NEVER rent from Thai group again and don’t recommend anyone else do this either as they do not care to support anything needed once you pay and check in. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a VRBO host. One star best case.
