There was construction going on during our stay. Unfortunately there were roofing nails on the ground in the small parking lot, creating an additional hazard for guests. The pool area was definitely not close to the relaxing image portrayed on the website. The people were pleasant.

Not What We Were Expecting

We have stayed at a number of Quality Inns over the years and I have to say this one did not live up to the expected standard based on our past experiences. It's in a very noisy neighborhood, had doors which opened to outside walkways, and everything was old. The bathroom in particular was below standard. They advertised an airport shuttle, which we never saw....to their good, however, they arranged for a Lyft for us, at their expense.

This is the perfect place for budget conscious people. I chose it because of reviews saying it was clean, safe and staff was friendly and that was all, so true. Our room was in perfect condition, the staff were all so customer service oriented that I almost got disoriented. LOL My goodness to have real, friendly, hard working, helpful people at a front desk and around a property anymore (or anywhere), well it has become so rare I had to point out how exceptional they each were. The breakfast area is small but has all kinds of great options, included with your room. There was a coffee maker and a fridge in my room. Guests there were nice and friendly too. Rooms are accessed by a nice elevator or stairs and it was always available when I pushed the button. We had a great check-in, check-out, night's sleep and breakfast. Thank you all, so much.

My stay was 9feb to 11 feb, There is no cleanliness and no facility all around not had a daily room service and did not get a nice breakfast, only croissants and tasteless coffee , no bread no egg , like two feet kitchen and self service. After a longer wait send a taxi for pickup from airport and for drop off have had a shuttle. I think not a good choice and room on second floor had a lot of noise and with no safety. I cannot explain i had a bad experience, I think not a good choice to stay in the quality Inn hotel.

Nice rooms, somewhat noisy location.

Not a bad hotel, but it's on a very busy, noisy corner with the 5 converging at Buena Vista Ave. Room is modern, clean and nice. Had to ask for exrtra towels more than I would have liked.

The room we paid for that they allocated to us, had a broken window and a door to the street in the 2nd bedroom, where my young son was due to stay, was not secure. We had to request a room change and they downgraded us to a 1 bedroom room with 2 beds, which means we have overpaid for the stay. In addition, that first night, I had to get redressed and go to reception 3 times over noise complaints, reception NEVER answered their phone. The people above us had children jumping off beds and running around their room and simply refused to control them. The hotel was unable to stop this. It finally stopped after 11pm when we were simply all exhausted. We paid good money to stay there and the experience was simply awful. The manager refused to discuss it with us. It was a horrible stay, coming all the way from Australia to be treated like that.
