the code to access the house was not working. We needed several attempts before it worked. Cleaness of the house was poor. The dishwasher was not functionning and the house does not have a washing machine nor a dryer. Once regrettable incidence occured duringour stay. After a long day out, we arrived at the house aroung 10:00PM and were locked outside because batteries of the lock were dead. We called the co_host several times without access and when she dared to answer the called she said that she is driving and there is nothing she can do if not to call the owner even when we signaled to her that it was urgent. All our stuff were locked inside the house including our medications. We called the owner who did not reply. We then referred to Vrbo and their agent was very diligent to try and find a solution including calling the owner who 90mn later call us back. He was trying over the phone to indicate to us where the spare key for the house is but it was night, almost midnight, we were extremely tired. In the end, Vrbo offered us to go to the hotel while we wait for the hourse to be accessible the following day and that the hotel fees will be reimbursed up to USD 360
