Dissatisfied but good communication
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations, especially given the listing’s description and price point. Upon arrival, all doors were unlocked, which didn’t feel secure. The cleanliness of the home left much to be desired—showers and sinks weren’t clean, and the towels left folded on the beds were actually wet.Several indoor lights were either out or completely missing bulbs, and many of the outdoor lights (especially on the deck) didn’t work, making it difficult to enjoy the space in the evening. The outdoor areas overall were dusty and covered in cobwebs—none of it looked like it had been recently cleaned.We also noticed extremely dirty air filters, a ceiling leak, and unstable WiFi that made it nearly impossible to use the living room TV.The freezer had a note to completely close, but it could not be opened, which means we were unable to have ice during our stay. The listing advertises a two-car garage, but we couldn’t even fit our standard-length SUV and close the door—something to be aware of if you’re traveling with a larger vehicle.The pool lights and jets did not work, and while the hot tub was functional, one side didn’t operate properly.The only positive I can really note is that there was plenty of toilet paper stocked for our stay—which we appreciated.Overall, the property has potential but is in need of some serious maintenance, cleaning, and more accurate representation in its listing.
