Just one night at the Hyatt House and I'm definitely coming back. The room was fantastic. Everything is so clean. The employees are very courteous and professional. The room smelt horribly of urine and mold, the smell was so overwhelming that it seeped into the clothes that were hung in the wardrobe. I did get a partial refund but it was an awful experience. As the hotel was fully booked, I could not even change rooms. I will not stay there again.

I booked this room for my husband and his mom to stay close while his dad was recovering at USC Medical Center. This hotel was walking distance from the hospital and convenient. They stayed at another “hotel” nearby the night before and my husband was not going to stay another night there. He said it was not how it looked in the pictures on the website. They were so happy with Hyatt for the comfort of the bed, water pressure on the shower, cleanliness of the facility and the room, and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

There’s a train right next to the hotel that blows its horn every hour or so, ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. They give you ear plugs in your room but it did absolutely nothing to block out the noise. Also, I had my baby with me and I couldn’t put earplugs in her ears so it kept waking her up throughout the night. Absolutely terrible experience! The hotel itself is nice, but the fact that no one in my family could sleep was the deal breaker.
