I arrived and then had to quickly get to an event and got back late. The next morning I had to be up and going and then realized that I did not have a shower curtain. Took a quick shower and used the towels to wipe up the floor. Told them at the front desk-very nice as always. Came back that night and had a shower curtain but only one towel as they had not replaced them, just picked up the wet ones. Next morning had lukewarm water for my shower. Following morning had a cold shower. Stopped at the desk and reported and again, very nice, she said they had had a problem. I work for a nonprofit in disaster relief so am just running in and out and do not have a lot of time to deal with a lot of these things. Staff was always very nice.

Original room given was noisy as right next to an elevator. So asked to change room. At breakfast first thing ie 06.00 am music was booming as in a night club, asked for it to be turned down or off as we didn’t want to have to shout at each other or the waiting staff.
