This place is the epitome of “motel by the hour”. It is an absolute disaster to all senses! I booked for 2 people but only get 1 room key. There are barbed wires on top of the gates surrounding the grounds. The grounds are unkempt with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The water in the pool has a greenish brown film on top from not having been cleaned for months. There are no disabled accessible areas or amenities. As two disabled individuals, we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator, steep stairs to climb, and no staff to help us. The room was an absolute dumpster fire! It had no hot water, the sheets and towels were stained, the bathroom door was literally crumbling from the inside, the windows had not been cleaned in months with fingerprints on them, there was no phone in the room to call the front desk or anywhere else for that matter, so every time you needed something, you had to go down then back up those steep stairs to get to the front desk and back to the room, there was yellow cigarette burn marks on the countertop by the bathroom sink. There were two bath towels (one was which was heavily stained ) only 1 hand towel in the bathroom. We went to the front office and asked not only for clean towels but extra ones. We were told each room only gets 2 bath towels, no more! Then the guy at the front desk brought us one non stained bath towels and two washcloths, one of which was stained!!! The walls were so thin we heard everything!!!!
