The unit was fine in most ways. The biggest negative was that the bed was too high off the floor. It was so high that my wife, who is disabled with Parkinson's Disease, was not able to get up onto the bed. So she attempted to sleep in the recliner. The first night she got very little sleep; the second night she fell off the chair, and I had to call 911. She was taken to the hospital and checked out in the ER. She did not have any injuries, but the whole experience was traumatic for her. For the remaining 8 days of our stay, she slept on a pull-out sofa at the home of our son, whom we were visiting. I stayed in the unit for the remaining 8 nights. The room was comfortable, with the one exception being that there was a cockroach running around, which I reported to Nina. She had the unit sprayed, and I did not see any more cockroaches. Nina was very responsive to the few complaints that I made. My recommendation is to cut the bed legs or whatever it takes to lower the bed by about a foot. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.
