The room had an odd smell, floor was sticky, a/c was off so room was hot when entering. Power was out on the whole block and I was stuck on elevator for about an hour. I called my son and ask him to go downstairs to lobby to let the admin know, but he could not use the stairs because the doors were locked ?? Stair doors should not be locked. Also, when I was stuck on elevator, I noticed their elevator inspection certificate has been expired since 10/10/2023.
