I love staying here due to its close proximity to Letourneau University in Longview, TX. Have stayed here on multiple occasions, when taking daughter back to college and visiting. Very accommodating staff with clean rooms, great breakfast, and competitive prices!

We are staying for LETU move-in weekend and have been so pleased with the service here. The hotel staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and nice. The location is very convenient to get to and from LETU. They have treated us like family. We will make this our go to hotel when visiting our college kid!

Excellent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. Food choices are good; one of the best. Staff is friendly and courteous. Room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Just one issue: the toilet seat was loose. One of the bolts needs to be replaced.

There wasn’t any body wash in the shower. My husband went to the front desk to retrieve some but no one was available. There was a number to call but no one answered. He waited 15 minutes for someone to return. They finally come in from outside. We did get the soap but it should not have taken 15 minutes. We were on a tight time schedule and needed to leave the hotel soon. Didn’t have time to be waiting around for someone to take a 15 minute smoke break or whatever they were doing.
