They tried to tell us at the reception (a man) that we did not pay for the sofa bed. Well we did and I confirmed before we left that the sofa bed would either be made up or have bedsheets, pillows etc. The suite was nice and the location was fantastic. But a very dissapointing experience checking in. They said it was a Hotels.com issue and that you guys had not paid them.

Room was neat and clean. The front desk was always polite but not helpful at times when I asked for clean towels. One gentleman at the front desk was most helpful. The towel warmer in the room did not work. I booked a room with a window. There was one but looked directly across the building. I had to keep the curtains drawn. The location is good for Covent Gardens!

My first time in an apartment hotel. In spite the fact that the room is cleaned every 4 days I enjoyed the comfort and facilities and the service. Towels supplies and garbage cleaning every morning.

Clean and quiet room equipped with a great kitchenette that allowed us to make breakfast before heading out for the day. We have stayed here before and will stay again. The reason we did not give five stars was the broken shower head and the fact that coffee pods were free in the past and now need to be purchased.

Great apartment in a great area to explore London. Very helpful staff. Even when handling a particularly difficult other guest who had a very unfair complaint as we checked in. Would definitely stay again. Great value too for the location.

Excellent location with plenty of dining options in nearby Covent Garden. We stayed in a premium apartment and it was modern, clean & well maintained and very quiet. Bed was quite comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, including a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price paid

Front desk daytime staff are wonderfully kind and welcoming. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired: dirty bathroom glasses when we arrived, found our room door propped open when we arrived at end of day, then every light in room on when we got back the next day. Room is very small with workable space for only one suitcase on floor--no luggage rack and I'm 80 years old. Paid for room with kitchen, wife's suitcase had to be on floor in front of "kitchen" sink, so couldn't use sink or get to trash (other option was to put it on the sofa). Expensive room, but definitely not worth it.

2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy.
