Lovely staff welcomed me, and the room was clean and a good size. Bed was extremely comfortable . The outside street noise was audible up until a point and then was lovely and quiet for the night. The Henrietta is a lovely boutique hotel in a great area for walking, dining options, shopping, etc. It would be perfect for a one or two night stay, however we found the room a little disfunctional for our five night stay as there is no place to put clothing (no drawers or cabinets) other than a small area to hang a few items. There is also no room for suitcases, so difficult to 'live out of the suitcase'. There is very little room in the bathroom on the vanity to put any items that you may be using at the time. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great, and we liked the decor.

Our room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and efficient. Just a few small niggles - a drain smell in the bedroom when the room had been closed up while we were out during the day, the cups and saucers in the room did not fit together, very small quantities of fruit and yoghurt available for breakfast, but these are really small points, Overall a lovely hotel and we would return.
