Room was very small and in worn condition. It was difficult getting our bags through the door due to a jog in the wall causing a pinch point. Hardly any space to keep your suitcase and get around the bed.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is beautiful, clean, and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there. What I loved about it was the convenience to travel around London because there is an exit from the hotel directly into Victoria train station and the Underground. There are many food options in the area, and I felt safe in the area whether traveling by day or night. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

We enjoyed the friendly staff. It was in a nice location, easy access to all transportation since it was attached to Victoria station that was a hub for trains, buses and the tube. We would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

The property was beautifully decorated from as soon as you enter. The rooms are well kept, clean, comfortable and large and very nicely designed. The staff were so lovely and made our stay even more pleasant with adding little personal touches to our room for our celebration. Breakfast was also good and had lots of options.

We chose the Clermont for its close proximity to the Victoria Coach Station for our connection for our bus tours, as well as it's exceptional rooms, breakfast and The Soak restaurant which you can access directly from the lobby. An amazing stay!

If you get a room on the 3rd floor, there are many stairs required to access rooms in the other part of the building. Not explained prior to check-in. They did bring our bags to and from the room, but managing the stairs at the end of a long day walking around London was challenging.

Beautiful hotel in a central location. We have stayed here several times over the past couple of years. But its a pretty impersonal and cold welcome we receive. We arrived early this visit and asked for an early checkin if possible. They took our phone number and said they would call as soon as a room was ready. It was a very rainy day so we hung around the hotel and waited. When we noticed others were being checked in and given rooms, I approached a different member of staff and she said our room was ready. The original staff member was at the other desk but never called. Room was small and basic. We could hear our neighbors and those in the corridors. But its a convenient location near the train station, tube, restaurants, etc.

The location to points of interest was great. Getting around via rental bicycle was easy and fun. The parking for the hotel is something to be aware of. It’s in the metro station parking garage and didn’t feel very secure. There was only one working elevator at the time of our visit, which was a bit of a hassle at times. The bell hop upon check in was quite helpful, that’s all that we can say about helpful staff. Upon checking out with mounds of luggage, nobody on staff offered a hand.
