I selected this hotel because it was close to Heathrow airport. I did not see anyplace nearby, such as a pub, but I did not ask. They had a fantastic kiosk in the lobby to book shuttles. I used it twice and was pleased both times. Staff were courteous and very helpful. I chose to prepay breakfast and that was perfect for me. The bar in the hotel serves food as well. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The room was generally clean, staff Friendly enough. The bathroom was not good - the shower was broken and not attached to the wall correctly, hanging off. It was also dripping through the night with clear issues with the shower. The way the shower is, water goes everywhere outside making it a health hazard

Place is nice and gd location. Bar is a complete rip off!!! Happy hour is a lie, doesnt count for draft beer! Main thing is not one staff member speaks proper English!!!!!! So hard to understand!
