We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we’re flying out the next morning. Check-in was very quick and efficient and staff were very kind. The room was much larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had a bottle of water waiting for us upon our arrival. I had the best nights sleep at this hotel after travelling for two weeks to multiple countries. Would highly recommend this hotel for it’s amenities and close proximity to the airport. We also had a very lovely meal at the restaurant located within the hotel, Cast-Iron and Grill. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. I had the corn fed chicken, which was absolutely delicious followed by Bailey’s Irish cream cheese cake which was scrumptious!

Decent enough for an early start at Heathrow T5. My room was fairly spacious and had working air con. The shower wasn’t the most powerful but adequate enough. The mattress seemed very old. The hotel was bigger than I expected and I wasn’t there long so didn’t try any facilities so can’t comment on. It was fairly straightforward to get to the airport, even before 5am. Would probably stay again if I had an early T5 start.

The hotel room was spacious, the shower OK, the bed was saggy and poor lighting! Overall it was pleasant enough and the hotel interior felt fairly business like. The worst aspects was the food in the bar area! We ordered Cod and Chips at a cost of £19.00 each! The fish was NOT Cod! It was thin, tasteless and greasy with a thick black skin coated in thick batter! They shrugged it off, offering another choice, but no refund. You would expect better from a Sheraton Hotel!
