MASSIVELY MASSIVELY over priced for what it is. Very basic rooms. Scant food offering. Damaged lifts. Completely and utterly in the wrong pricing bracket. Too busy trying to 'look cool' than actually create a decent hotel offering. Price yourselves accordingly. I could have stayed in a Radisson or Hilton for less and got considerably more.

Fantastic stay Wow room was a Wow and the staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable, Carlos and Carolina excellent hosts on arrival and departure, housekeeping members were also friendly and approachable. Bar has a relaxed and cozy vibe. Cocktails were well made to our liking. This is a real gem of a hotel .

Ruby Zoe instantly became my go to London hotel. The music and art vibe is so my steelo. Creative, cozy, and effortlessly cool. The atmosphere, design, and energy are unmatched. It felt like home with a soundtrack. I’ll definitely be back for future trips… this place definitely hits all the right notes for me.
