Richmond Heaven

The hotel was well situated - up a private road and on the river. The balcony view from the bar area was. beautiful. I was in a standard room, but it was a decent size with a bath - something I was relieved about. The staff were all very friendly and helped with storing my stuff after checkout before going to the airport. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely but ?

The most amazingly delicious breakfast. Comfy bed, pillows, nice toiletries. Coffee / tea selection in the room rather a throwback for the price…a higher end selection plus fresh milk would have made a difference. It was a steaming hot day yet we had a fan thank goodness! No offer of transport to railway station… this would have been welcome considering the price point…

This is just the best…..

This was the most fantastic stay. The Petersham is a hidden gem. Easily my favorite hotel in greater London. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a rich history and a fantastic location. I cannot speak more highly, book it and go, and enjoy understated luxury.

A nice hotel but not worth the money. We only ordered one breakfast for room service which was incomplete as they didn't have vegetarian options and got an ice bucket up to the room and somehow paid £130 in extra fees. If I had the time again I probably would've chosen somewhere else. It was very clean and the bath was lovely, most of the staff were polite and helpful.
