Although the flat is all on one level, please note there are 5 steps from the pavement to the main front door of the building.

Both bedrooms are bright and airy, ensuring a comfortable stay.

• The open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the flat, with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and a comfortable living space to relax in. • There’s a dining table for meals and a smart TV for entertainment, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. • The sofa provides a cozy spot to relax, and the room faces onto Hampton Court Road. • The windows in the living area have privacy film, so while you have a view of the pavement outside, you’ll enjoy privacy and no one can see in.
PARKING- If you’re driving, please note that on-street parking directly outside the flat is restricted to residents with permits. However, you’ll find paid parking across the road and further down Hampton Court Road towards Hampton Court Palace, with the convenience of Ringo parking (5530). Note this has a maximum stay of 4 hours, no return within 60 minutes, at a time. Parking is free 6:30pm-8am. For longer stays, there is also long-term parking available at Hampton Court Station (Ringo 77482), a short walk from the flat- you can purchase weekly parking for £31.40.
Guests have full access to the entire flat, including both bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the open-plan kitchen and living area. Everything is for your use and enjoyment during your stay!
There are a few cupboards with cleaning supplies and extra bed linen. We kindly ask that these remain undisturbed during your stay.
