Let me start by saying the location is excellent. Very central, with buses and Paddington Station nearby. We used WhatsApp to contact management, who responded quickly. They also allowed us to check in a little early. The security deposit was quickly refunded, although it cost about 50 US in fees. The unit's layout:Main floor #2: Couch, two large chairs, a large TV, and a nook with a dining set for six. Floor#1: Tiny bathroom. One bed with a nightstand; no other furniture or closet. A standard kitchen. A room with a washer and dryer (very convenient). Floor #3: Two bedrooms, one with a closet and a smaller room with a bed. Also has a shared bathroom. Floor #4: One bedroom containing a bed, two nightstands, a closet, and a bathroom. Overall, considering the unit's age, it was not in bad shape and worked for us. As others have mentioned, it's not in the best part of town. The café next door is closed; we don't recommend the Fantasia Grill across the street, as the food is poor. The street is closed, so UBER drivers gather in front and slam car doors all night. Subway trains run all day, causing vibrations throughout the house. They come so often that you stop noticing after the first day. The unit's heating did not work. I contacted the management company, which tried to fix it by texting me, but that didn't work (probably should have sent someone out to fix it). This unit is excellent for a group of six that need a comfortable place to stay near transportation.
