hotel overall is ok but definitely not 5* as it states,i would say 4*,we had a lager room,very comfy bed but somehow a bit gloomy feel to the room,nice looking bathroom but very small,rooftop restaurant is nice,good food but also nothing special,we didn't get a chance to use a pool or spa but haven seen lots of people using it,stuff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful,breakfast buffet also quite decent

Went here for our one year anniversary, it was the first time staying away in London so didn’t know what to expect but it went above and beyond my expectations! The staff were extremely friendly, they helped us with our room, any questions we had, helped us get a taxi and just all round made the stay amazing! One person I would like to thank is a member of staff called Mohammed (liked to go by Mo we got told). He helped us loads with the taxi and also was just funny and friendly! There was also a young woman on the desk who booked the taxi and a door man who helped us as well but I never got there names! They also set up a lovely decoration for my partner in the room, with rose petals, balloons and chocolate. This was an amazing surprise for her and just made the stay even better! We also used the spa the morning of our stay which was an amazing way to relax and chill out. The room was extremely comfortable, modern and stylish, would 100% recommend anyone to come here! Made our stay feel safe, warm, welcome and all round perfect! Thank you, will definitely be coming again!

This hotel honestly doesn't warrant 5 stars. Room was like a furnace air con useless no fan speed, so to reception and they said they would look into adjusting it from there system, was told I've been given an update in 10 mins via room phone that never happened. Guests running about from 2am in the corridors. 2nd nights stay music. Blaring from bars in ground floor as I was on 2nd floor it was disturbing. Bed not massively comfortable , warm room didn't help. Comfy pillows though. Last issue was the bath/shower like warm water, not hot. Very disappointing. Although staff were courteous, there was little authenticity to the the service, felt overly forced, which came across as condescending.
