Not just clean it was spotless. Lift was small but adequate. They thought of everything. multiple mirrors for getting ready, plenty of coffee, sugar, and the like. And it is the cutest place!

Tim was the absolute best host! This was a surprise trip for my daughter and he went out of his way to make it special for us both! Can’t thank him enough! Location was great! Flat was clean and lovely. If you are planning to go to London, I recommend you stay at Tim’s place!

Great place

We had a great stay. It was exactly as expected based on the photos. It was clean, comfortable, stocked with what we needed and surprisingly quiet when windows were closed. Great location near Hyde park.

Ideal location for our visit to London

The location of the flat was perfect for our vacation. We had several walks in Hyde Park and accessed several of the nearby Underground stations to get around the city when we had walked enough for the day. Don't miss Mehmet Efendi 1953 Edgware Road for amazing Baklava, just around the corner!

Great for seeing London!

This apartment was perfect for our few days in London! Safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants, 2 tube stations within walking distance. Clean and well appointed apartment with many necessities provided for cooking, etc. The washer/dryer was a big help! Thank you, Tim, for a great stay and we hope to be back again!

The studio apartment is small, but very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with basic needs. We were able to use the washer, but couldn’t get the dryer to work. The apartment windows face a major street, so it was a bit noisy. The location was very convenient to food markets, bus and subway and Hyde Park.

Perfection

Tim is an excellent host. He is very prompt in answering questions. The flat was exactly as pictured. The location was fabulous. Everyday we used the underground, a 10 minute walk, to take us to everything we wanted to visit. There are numerous restaurants and convenient shopping. Would definitely syay there again.

Short break in London

Very cosy and well kept pied a terre close to Marble Arch and Edgware Road Undergrounds. Oven/Hob/Washing Machine/Freezer all nearly new (but we didn’t really try them out) a couple of pot towels would have been useful plenty hot water but no bath plug (I think to encourage people to use the excellent shower)We enjoyed Moco and Frameless, the local attractions.

Well appointed flat near sights, transportation links

I chose this flat due to its proximity to Paddington (we could walk to the station in less than 15 minutes), and to many other great locations - Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, Marble Arch - we easily walked all the way to Buckingham Palace and Parliament. The flat itself was spotlessly clean, well designed, and had everything we needed - thanks for the tea selection! Other travelers should note that the flat does face Edgware Road, but the triple-glazed windows keep out any street noise.

**Thriving in the Heart of London**If you’re looking for a place that feels less like a rental and more like a well-thought-out home base, this is it. I stayed here for London Marathon weekend, and it absolutely delivered.The flat is beautifully appointed with everything you need—and then some. Can we talk about the hairdryer? Not the sad, wheezy kind you usually get, but a legit professional model that handled my thick hair like a champ. Small detail, big win. Lighting is another standout: bright overhead when you need it, soft ambient and floor lighting when you don’t. No “one lonely lamp in the corner” situation here.The smart TV was seamless (every app you could want), and the bed? Genuinely comfortable—critical after 26.2 miles.The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life. Evening walks brought waves of incredible aromas—Middle Eastern dishes, decadent pastries, and cozy cafés with people lingering over coffee and hookah. It’s the kind of place you want to wander without a plan.Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. An easy 7–10 minute walk to Paddington Station, and for 32 you’re on the Heathrow Express in first class, sipping your coffee while cruising to the airport in 15 minutes.And do yourself a favor: visit The Monkey Puzzle Pub. After the marathon, I ended up there for dinner and was treated like a local celebrity—my medal made the rounds with the regulars. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Let me start at the end of our stay. We figured it all out and our trip was all we wanted it to be. But he start almost derailed our stay. The location and exterior of the property was not what we expected and the process to enter the building for the first time, was to say the least...sketch. That needs to be improved for sure. The WARNING sign just on the entry wall was confusing. The room itself was nice enough. The way the portable air conditioner worked was difficult. The fact that the exhaust went through the window meant we had to endure all the street sounds. But we did grow to appreciate the cultural and ethnic makeup of the area the building was located. The Turkish coffee shop at the corner of our building turned out to be a diamond in the rough. The bus stop was just across the street to take us the direction we wanted to go and the Tube was a short walk. I would stay here again but I would not get my partner onboard with that.

Close to Tube and Shops

This apartment was exactly as pictured and listed. Very clean and everything worked great. Tim was very easy to work with and so communicative with excellent instructions and service. Definitely recommend this flat.
