45 minute queue to check in. Clearly there was a delayed flight and they had to deal with that, and eventually they created a new queue for private bookings, but with a 4am start and arriving at 9.30 I wasn't impressed.

The first negative was it took way to long to check in. The room needs major upgrades. The carpet was extremely worn and stained, the bathroom needed caulking and flooring replacement at least. There was only one accessible outlet from the bed and it wasn't close. Positively, the hotel restaurant was great and the room was quiet.

Clean room - did not look like the photos advertised online. A small box room which was not value for money. The corridors were run down, overall disappointed. The check in process was long, only one staff member and a queue out the door for check in. Bed was comfortable enough for a one night sleep, however the condition of the room required serious renovating.
