The stay was short, but good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. You can get to custom house station within 10 Minutes. There are many food options nearby as well.

The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared. Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends and family. I also liked the calming atmosphere and the ethos of this hotel.

I liked the ethos of the company, the staff were excellent, the building was unique. There are a few things that could be improved on like more power sockets and better sound proofing in the rooms, plus longer hours for the bar

Great food

The food was amazing, the staff friendly, polite and helpful. The room clean and neat, although a little on the small size. Compact but everything you need for a nights stay. The King size bed is comfy but one guest has to climb over the other to get out of bed as it's sideways on. Complimentary satchets for hot drinks especially the coffee bags came in very handy. The window doesn't open, which could be a concern in the event of an emergency. The door sometimes doesn't unlock easily for some reason, which then sets off a small alarm. (A small tip is the bathroom door doubles up as the shower door too) There is no TV either, which is unusual but it is clear when you read through what is included in the room. Breakfast was tasty and
