I chose this property as I was at a concert at the O2. I got the cable car from the Royal docks which is basically beside the hotel to the 02. It was a lovely stay and got an upgrade which was nice. Really friendly staff too. Only Shame is no fridge in the room. Nice hotel and it’s on the water.

The hotel was very clean and had a perfect location close to the ExCel center where my event was being held. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful when I needed to store my bags early before my checkin time.

Polite and friendly staff.

Can not fault the customer service. All staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment but that didn't affect my stay. Only negative was the food. I would recommend going elsewhere. We didn't have a good experience for our evening meal. And we found the breakfast hot food was luke warm/cold.

The area was nice and quiet, with jets flying overhead, close enough to transport network links. Staff are also very friendly and accomodating with very comfy beds. However there is not much to do in the general vicinity and the bathroom's design forgoes much consideration for privacy with frosted glass screen doors, the right panel with a gap and no sound isolation.

Stylish, functional hotel with a great concept, liked the social responsibility angle. I noticed that the staff were extremely polite and seemed happy and proud to work there. The room had a pared-back simplicity but without feeling cheap. Should have made time for the rooftop cafe, maybe next time!
