A family break after a day out at Hampton Court

Check in was a poor start. I really didn't understand what the man was saying, he rushed through everything. We also did not get our free welcome cookie or bottle of water. Wasn't informed of how to access the WiFi & key info wasn't written down anywhere so had to ask again. Then we almost went to the wrong room as the wrong number was written on the card, so the receptionist came rushing upstairs to stop and redirect us. We slept REALLY well. A little train noise but the comfort of the bed put us right to sleep. Air Conditioning was lovely. The receptionist did help us to get that on. Room service was fast. Breakfast was fantastic. Great walks by the river a very short distance away and 7 minutes walk to Kingston Railway Station.

A lovely lady checked us in, very warm & welcoming. The room was a dog friendly room & unfortunately the smell in the room made that obvious, so could have been fresher. We asked reception for camomile tea bags to be sent to the room & they arrived almost immediately, so again the staff were very good.

Pleasant place for long stay

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they helped us a lot through our stay even the airline wanted to send us the new luggage which they broke during our flight, the staff helped us a lot to get it back.
