I have to give this five stars because it was such a good price and spot for London. The price was good, the room was clean and the location is great. I’m not sure why people put these negative reviews. It’s budget friendly and has the basics. It’s the be expected there may be a little wear and tear it’s an old building and as for noise you’re in central London. It will come with this. It had fresh sheets, lots of towels, hair dryer, four pillow, tv, coffee tea and biscuits. Highly recommend

Great; there are lots of lower cost rooms across Kings Cross, this one, if you go for double en-suite, has everything you need for a couple of nights in London. Comfortable, clean and although basic, has what you need, shower, TV, wifi, tea coffee making and close to Kings Cross/ St Pancras international.

Great! Perfect location for catching the Eurostar very early in the morning. Just a 5 min walk to St Pancras Station. Room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was tiny and had to breathe in to get into the shower. For the purpose of our stay, it was fine though and would stay again. Polite and friendly reception staff!!

The staff was okay at reception. The room was cold at 8pm at night and I had to go downstairs to ask how to put the heating on and we told the heating only goes on at 9am. I don’t freeze at home and certainly didn’t expect to be cold I. A hotel room . The bed is okay but certainly not that comfortable.

Reasonable place. A little on the expensive side. Good location. Quiet. Some rooms in an annex which neans crossing a courtyard. Not good it it’s raining. No breakfast but room has a kettle so you can make your own. Look very small but quiet and warm. Bathroom and shower tiny. Grand for a night if there out busy all day. Not sure I’d say any more than that.

If you’re considering this hotel it’s because you want something relatively cheap and right next to King’s Cross. And that’s exactly what you’ll get here. The rooms are small, but clean and reasonably comfortable. The station is maybe 100m down the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful, though, and the ability to store your bags on the day of your checkout is a great perk. Note that it seems the toilets use recycled water so your bathroom may have that gray water smell.
