This property was not well represented in the online photos. The hotel and rooms were tiny. The halls were barely wide enough to walk through with your suitcase. The breakfast area was so tiny with multiple tables crammed into the area. It looks much bigger in the photos than it actually was. We booked the family room that held 5 people. The room is no more than 3 beds thrown into an area that is no bigger than a closet. Beds are hard and there is no place to store your suitcase, let alone open it up. The whole interior of the hotel needs to be gutted and renovated. The plus side is it is in a good area and the staff are helpful. We checked out early and they refunded us one nights stay.

This is a very compact hotel, room and bathroom small but adequate. To be fair, it was as comfortable as it could possibly be for its size and many of the big cities have compact rooms. The staff were excellent, very helpful and room and facilities kept very clean and serviced daily. From this area we walked to Notting Hill and Portabello Road. Easy, if you like walking which we do. Rooms are small so not great for families but for two people it’s a great bargain with a free breakfast and coffee and orange juice to start your day. 1 block from Hyde Park and 3 blocks from two different tube lines. A 12 minute easy walk to Paddington station for trains.
