What a great hotel in an amazing location! Right at Trafalgar Square, close to two underground locations, moments from the theatre district, St James Park and Buckingham Palace. The staff we very friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely one-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, and it was so convenient to have an ice machine on every floor. Its central location made it easy to explore everything. The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to London. It is near 2 tube stops which makes it easy to hop around the city to see the sites. Trafalgar Square is an active area with many dining and eating options. The staff at this hotel were ALL friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was smallish for our group of 3 but we really didn’t need much more as we didn’t spend a lot of our time in the room. There was a “living room” around the corner from the front desk which was a nice quiet spot to sit and relax. Breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity to visit London again.

Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping. Really great food in the restaurant in the evening. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast offers a good buffet selection, but is only let down by the terrible fried eggs.

the ac was very loud and unfortunately not effective/working, we set it to the min temp and always on (based on the front desk recom) but still very much humid and warm inside, the fan was super super loud and noisy! you have to put earplugs to be able to tolerate it! we could not sleep! the bathroom condition is funky! the shower has a curtain which I think was at least couple of years old, not clean and very low quality! the sink was weird, the tap was super small and in the corner it makes it very hard to wash your hands! I think given the price and 4 star condition, they could have done a renovation for bathrooms!! the neighborhood is amazing! very walkable and very nice!
