Overall good, great location, loved the rooftop bar. Room could have been little cleaner - where mattress hit window wall desperately needed hoovering - was kind of disgusting sadly. Otherwise staff nice, used coffee bar at front.

Due to a health emergency, we had to cancel the trip. While the room we never stayed in was probably rented anyway. I think the policy of not granting somewhat of a refund is a poor practice and we will NEVER even consider staying at this hotel in the future. Or any of their affiliates.

Got woken up at 5:00am with someone from the front desk slipping a postcard under my door saying my bar bill was "excessively high". I worried someone had used my room number to buy drinks somehow. Went to the front desk to be told the bar bill was £118 - not exactly excessive when you consider the room bill was over £1600 for a 4-night stay! Problem solved I thought but was then still asked to clear it there and then?!? No point putting drinks on the room - paid by credit card going forwards.
