Cozy equals unbearably hot

Although communication with the agent was good and the studio was ideally situated, our visit to Bright and Cozy studio coincided with warm weather in London. The studio was unbearably hot due to the boiler in the kitchen. We were unable to open the windows of the studio (they were locked, and no key was available to open them). After bringing this to the attention of the agent, a water cooler was delivered by a courier. Unfortunately, it did not make much of a difference to the extreme heat radiating from the kitchen. The owner would do well to empty the cluttered small wardrobe and limited cupboard space. We could not use the kettle or toaster, as they were both in poor condition.

Clean and tidy.

The property was clean and tidy. There was everything that was needed in the kitchen. The only problem was that there were no sheets for the sofa bed
