Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded

They ask for more money after you pay for your booking, they do not answer their phone(s), the check-in process is ridiculous, the "Hotel" is not sign-posted, advertised or visible in any way from the main road and the whole experience was a mess. They left me and my Partner stranded in London without a place to stay and kept hanging up the phone on me. It should be illegal to run a business like this "business" is ran...
