Lovely B&B in Victoria, so spacious for central London and including plenty of personal touches (eg the fruit bowl). Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast amazing value (never found anything as good value in the area!). Also quiet and the bed was comfortable. And very near to Victoria to coach station! Will definitely return!

Good budget accommodation

Staff were lovely. Room was disappointing even for a budget stay. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. They did offer to move us the next day but as we were only staying two nights we decided to stay put. Breakfast was good but space limited and therefore we had to wait some time for a table. Lovely location, quiet street close to Victoria Bus Station.

Great breakfast.

I would definitely stay here again. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Clean. Only downside was smallish room and stairs. But most older homes turned B&B’s won’t have an elevator. It’s just the way it is.

I stayed at this place in March 2025. The accommodation was unsatisfactory because of the following: 1. The day we arrived, they were still painting the wall in the hallway and the smell of the paint was very strong. We opened all of the windows in the room and had the fan on for the whole afternoon and evening, but when we got back to the hotel that night (around 9 pm) the smell was still very strong. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this wouldn’t be possible, but the problems were not rectified either. After we brought up the health issues of my friend, they let her switch to a different building the next day, but when we asked to also switch the next day, their response was “it is what it is.” 2. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, the light switches were not working, nails were sticking out from the door, wall, hangers, and hook on the door, and the gap underneath the door was so big, tons of light bled through. I had to put a towel at the door to prevent the light from leaking through. 3. The biggest issue that I had was the attitude of the staff. When we brought up the situation and tried to solve the problem, they were really rude and said that if we didn’t want to stay, we could move out, but at this point, it was 10:30 at night. I understand that accommodations have different standards in different countries, but for the price we paid, it wasn’t even to the basic standards of what we would expect fr

The appointment itself was dusty and the kitchen drawers were dirty inside. The whole powerwork to all the accommodations was in our appointment- this was so noisy all night and day. The TV remotes didn't work for any of the TV's. It is very basic.

Good hotel in safe location.

Over all our stay was good. Staff was nice and the included breakfast was great. We had some issues with the bathroom. Our first night the shower drain was clogged causing the water to over flow in to the bathroom and flood the floor. The hot water would be burning for a few minutes and then ice cold for a long time and then back and forth between the two.

Couldnt rest well

Basement unit. Low ceiling. Especially in shower room. Head will touch ceiling when standing upright. Noisy and cannot get restful sleeps as awoken by some constant machine sound and also loud sound from heatsink from network equipment located in the unit. People on floor able walked around as early as 5am also contributed to noise.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was fairly clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. There was a little dust in the bathroom but it was otherwise very clean. Nothing of concern! The breakfast was great! Lots of options and very filling. Easy to check in and out. Not a lot of noise. It was a good area of town. Overall would highly recommend. The room was bigger than we expected it to be. We had four people in a family room.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. But the room was small, the mattresses were very springy, the heat didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain well and the sliding door in front of the toilet left a big gap. That said, it was very clean, the street is quaint and quiet, and if you need something in a lower price range (though still pretty high, all told), this is your place.

This is our third stay @ B&B Belgravia…an ideal property when travelling up to London Victoria for short city break. The staff are friendly. It’s great to be able to leave luggage at property after check out.
