A gem in the city

I had an amazing stay, the hotel was extremely clean, the amenities were great and the staff were all friendly, warm and so kind! The only issue I had was the best a bit being hard and the pillow needs a bit more fluff- but this is a personal preference so someone might think differently. I’d highly recommend this place especially since it’s close to Liverpool street but a quiet refuge in the middle of the hustle and bustle of London

Well located for Tower of London

Spotlessly clean, extra touches re toiletries much appreciated, comfortable bed, would have liked pillows of different firmness, and a coffee maker would have made the room ideal, but overall very happy with our spacious & quiet room. Good to have separate bath and shower, and quality linen in bed. Enjoyed cocktails in the bar. Food OK in the evening, service attentive, but not destination dining. Would book again

The property looks new and well taken care of. The room is very nice and well appointed without being too fuzzy. I like the lay out of the room and especially the bathroom, it is well designed and makes taking a shower a pleasure. I liked the hot cholate and cookies they provided, and they are quite addictive. The hotel is 6 minutes from Tower Hill station, so it is quite convenient. The drawback is that being on eastern edge of the city you do have to take the tube to many of the tourist sites in the city center. The staff is very nice and accommodating, but their knowledge of tourist information may could use a brush up. All in all still a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, modern and right at the center of the city. Short walking distance to metro station and several attractions (tower bridge, tower of london and nearby attractions). Friendly and accommodating staff members. If I have to say, one possible improvement area: bathroom was spacy and modern/clean, but very limited space to keep the toiletries. Overall very happy and will 100% recommend.

Our stay in London, at the Apex City Hotel, was truly enjoyable and inviting. The convention location was ideal, and our hotel room was impeccably clean and peaceful.
