Hampton Inn does a good job. The staff were friendly. We didn’t really have to interact that much. The facility was nice as usual. Continental breakfast could always improve, but the food was hot.

The property was great. The room was very nice. Everything smelled good. The pull out bed was even comfy. They had cookies and a hot drink station in the lobby. The hot tub was broken while we were there. That was a bummer, but they were actively working to fix it. I would recommend this hotel and we'll stay again in the future if our travels take us to Logan again.

Great property, always had been a tradition for us to stay here when we come up. Will probably continue to be one as well. Great sized rooms, good breakfast selection, pool was decently warm this time. Just a good stay!

Cold hot tub but great service.

The hot tub was soooo cold. And while the front desk person was amazing. It was freezing and I don’t think she was able to do anything about it. At our previous stay the hot tub was great. So that was disappointing. But everything else was great. (Beds not very comfortable. But it is what it is.

Great Hotel. Return Pens in Rooms!

This is somewhat trivial, but I feel the need to share it. While working in my room, my pen ran out of ink. I discovered that rooms appear to no longer have a pen and a small pad of paper. I rarely need these items, but when I do need them...I need them. The front desk had a pen to offer, but the clerk seemed a bit bewildered by my request. Sheesh...am I that old?

Non paying guest pool party

There was a large adult/ children pool party going on that took up the whole pool area, hot tub and pool with non paying guests. Which made it difficult for paying guests to use.

This is a new-looking property that is situated in the heart of Logan's downtown. It's a cute and thriving downtown that is entirely walkable, with many dining, entertainment and shopping options. Although the hotel was busy with many customers during my stay, I did not hear anyone since my room was so well insulated. The staff were all friendly and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely consider staying here again.
