Our luxurious and new apartment is located in a newly built apartment block in the center of Lloret de Mar 10 meters away from the beach.
The total area is 145 m2.
It has a terrace with stunning views of the sea. We really love them!
In our home we find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen -office, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen and living room.
In addition, it also has a parking space in the same building (€ 15 / day).
The floor is made of wood and all materials and finishes of high quality.

The apartment is in a perfect area: right in front of a large sandy beach and next to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets that are 1 minute walk away.
We have put all our love in this apartment and we really want to share it with you!Important:
*The guest will receive a link where you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.
Late check-in has an additional cost of €35 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM and €50 from 10:00 PM to midnight.
