Time to reinvest in your property
The location and setup is really nice and the property at one time was likely 5 stars. However, that is not the case today. The pool heater does not work (stop advertising it is an option -- seems like there is always a maintenance issue). Cabin 1 has a MASSIVE leak in the ceiling and the management company was zero help in getting that repaired. No solution. No refund. No apology for me having to clean up the mess several times during our visit. Keurig doesn't work. TVs do not work (they turn on, but the satellite didn't work). Management team was zero help with the TV. There is a TON of junk all around. Clean out some of the drawers in the kitchen. Clean out the pantry. The foosball table was broken (fix it or replace it or stop advertising you have one in the game area).
The property is nice, but the ownership needs to reinvest some money to get it back on track.
