Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Disgraceful standards – absolutely nothing like the booking photos, which are clearly misleading/fake. Room 6 was filthy: floors covered in dirt, chocolate and hair; smelly pillows; bathroom shelf falling off the wall; shower mat and floor caked in hair and grime. Walls scuffed, stained and neglected; building exterior run-down. We checked in at 3:30pm and left by 6pm as it was unfit to stay – had to book elsewhere. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs. Photos provided prove every issue.
