Better than expected

We had a wonderful time in Liverpool and the Holiday Inn express was way better than we expected. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a very good standard and set you up for the day. Plus, the hotel was well situated close to Liverpool one and a 10 minute walk from Liverpool lime Street.

Clean and value for money. Able to eat next door at the sister hotel with inside access from ours. Breakfast adequate and able to take out items in ‘grab and go’ bags too. Taxi to MSN arena very reasonable and also to and from Lime Street Station. Would recommend!

Great location

The hotel is in a great location. Staff on reception really friendly and knowledgeable about where to go. Only slight moan is that they started hoovering and cleaning floors around you while having breakfast which made us feel we had to hurry up and finish even though it wasn’t the end of he breakfast timing.

Clean and comfortable hotel near Liverpool One.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only issue was a member of housekeeping came into our room when we were out and moved our things around. This really annoyed us. There was no need to come into our room. If we wanted housekeeping we would of told reception. We told the manager who apologised and said that the person responsible has been told not to do it again.
