Two days in Liverpool

Staff very impressive,; from the friendly efficient welcome at reception to the catering staff who responded to every request with a 'anything else i can help you with' Impressive. Room was just brilliant - obviously designed by someone who actually stayed in hotels (unlike most hotels - sadly) Bed was very comfortable. Could not find any fault whatsoever. Well done to all.
